After scaling down the size (by request of the curator), the Mayor's sign looks huge out of context.
"Better Value Begins with Change" is a simple bit of word play meant to allude to the absurdity of a universal value system, a two party electoral system representing 300 million people, and the intrinsic value of a 49 cent - 700 calorie upgrade.

I've spent the week wrestling with a 14 foot tall cheeseburger-headed politician. Today, I happy to report that I won the battle.
